Vendor Information

Sundance Market is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inspiring environment for small businesses. We believe in the significant impact that small businesses have on our local economy. To support our vendors and ensure a successful event, we invest heavily in advertising for every market.

Vendor Fees
We strive to keep this event affordable, giving you, the vendor, the best opportunity for a profitable day. At this time, our fees are as follows:

  • Standard Space: $35 (10x10 feet)

  • Sidewalk Space: $25 (approximately 7–8 feet by 3 feet, perfect for a 6-foot table or a clothing rack)

Please note: There is no room for an umbrella or chair in these sidewalk spots. However, there is a ledge available to sit on, or you’re welcome to bring a small stool.

Application Process
Submitting your application is the first step in our team reviewing your brand and its fit for the Sundance Market. Please note that this does not guarantee your spot at the market. Our team will review all applications, and you will receive an email from market@sundancethrift.com confirming your acceptance or denial.

How to Apply & Submit Payment
Complete our online vendor application. Accepted vendors will receive an email for the booth fee, which must be paid within 48 hours of acceptance. Failure to pay within this time frame will result in forfeiting your spot, and you will be placed on the waitlist. All invoices are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Vendor Setup Information
Please note that we do not provide canopies, umbrellas, electricity, or shelves. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials.

Display Guidelines
To maintain a professional and cohesive look at our market, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • All tables must have table covers.

  • All vendors must bring their own shade.

  • No vinyl banners stapled to table covers. Table runners are accepted.

  • No low beach or camp chairs.

Vendor Agreement
By applying as a vendor, you agree to the following terms:

  • I acknowledge that I am required to pay my invoice by the due date specified in the acceptance email.

  • I acknowledge that my spot will be given to the next vendor in line if the invoice is not paid on time.

  • I acknowledge that the vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of the reason. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event.

  • I acknowledge that if the event cannot occur for any reason (at Sundance Market's discretion), I will be given two alternative transfer dates to choose from. If neither works for me, I will forfeit my vendor fee.

  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for any incidents or injuries that may occur on event day, and that Sundance Market, the venue, and the landlord are not liable.

  • I acknowledge that I will obtain any necessary licenses and TFF (if required).

  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for bringing all materials needed for my product presentation and booth setup.

  • I acknowledge that if I do not show up to the event without prior notice, Sundance Market has the right to cancel my space for future dates without any refund.

  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for having my own business liability insurance. Sundance Market is not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs at the event.
